SPEAKER_00

We all know Natalie and I can talk shit all day long, but when it comes to piecing together a podcast, who knew finding the right music would be such a nightmare? If you're a content creator, you know how real this struggle is.

SPEAKER_01

Seriously, thank God we found viral noise to make that part simple. We're talking over like 40,000 music tracks and over 30,000 sound effects, all royalty free.

SPEAKER_00

And this isn't just random stock music. These are tracks that you've heard featured in Blockbuster films, hit TV shows, and major podcasts.

SPEAKER_01

Whether you're editing your latest YouTube video or building your next viral TikTok, which I think we don't even know what that means. They've got your music needs covered. Simple licensing that covers you across all platforms, and get this no copyright strikes ever.

SPEAKER_00

Your content deserves better music.

SPEAKER_01

Seriously. Hey you guys. Hey skin enthusiasts. Okay, so today, Gabby, we have like a we have a really basic, I don't know, pod that we want to record today, but it's gonna be so fun for us.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. We love a good routine, whether it's basic or has a lot of moving parts. And so we're excited to kind of get into that.

SPEAKER_01

And so today we're gonna talk about the basics of the routine. Basically. Um okay, so we're going like basic B. Like what what does that routine look like?

SPEAKER_00

I think it's pretty much a cleanser. You need to have a moisturizer, especially somewhere like LA. Right. And then SPF. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. Basic, basic. Morning and night cleanser, moisturizer, SPF in the day, nighttime cleanser, moisturizer, boom, done.

SPEAKER_00

And I think you could even get away with doing just cleanser, SPF in the morning, depending on your SPF. True, true, true, true.

SPEAKER_01

Actually, I I completely concur. Okay. So now we have this is the core, the core three, right? So now let's talk about we're gonna cleanse, okay, in the morning, and I will die on this hill. This, I I told Gabby, like I want to talk about this because this is something that like irks me to my core when you hear and you see influencers or people on social media telling you like the worst thing you possibly could do for your face is wash your face in the morning time. I know we talked about it in lies, but like, no, you need to be washing your face morning and night, period. I don't care. I don't care who's telling you this, I don't care how great this person's skin looks like. Someone even told me Selma Hayek, like, right? She she doesn't wash in the morning. Look at her face. Genetics. I don't care, okay? If you are someone that has struggled with acne or even in an anti-aging way, you need to be washing your face morning and night. At nighttime, you have dust on your pillowcase. You have your oils from your hair, you sweat, you drool. If you have an animal, a cat, a dog, there's dander, there's all this crap, okay? You wake up in the morning, you're not gonna wash your face, you're just gonna put water on your face, and then that screws up the pH balance of your skin. And now your skin is out of whack for the next, what, 12 hours until you wash it at nighttime? No. Wash your face in the morning and and then just do the moisturizer and SPF. Or if you're okay, cleanse and SPF.

SPEAKER_00

That's that's all you have to do. And I think a solid gel, like non-foaming cleanser is important. I like a treatment cleanser, but if you're just trying to say really basic, something that doesn't have a lot of ingredients and surfactants in it is really important.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I agree and disagree. I think that that is very dependent on the person's skin. If you think for someone we don't know, right. Yes, regardless, we don't want a super stripping cleanser. Unless you're like so greasy that like you people call you paint face, then fine, you can go and handle a stripping cleanser, but okay, fine, fine, fine. The caveat, it depends on everybody's skin. But always we do not want a stripping cleanser.

SPEAKER_00

Every step depends on your skin. But if you don't know and you're not seeing a professional, start with something middle ground like that. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so then so now we know we're gonna be washing our face morning and night. That's non-negotiable. Do you want to talk about the different types of cleansers that they are? My favorite. I love I have a thousand cleansers. This one, I'm not even getting you. She goes, This is the basics. All you need are three cleansers in the morning. Like, what?

SPEAKER_00

That is not basic. Okay, so in the morning, I feel like you can get away with definitely one cleanse. But when it comes to evening time, especially if you don't know where to start with products, having two to three cleansers to work with are gonna give you results on their own. Like that's gonna give you change. Because if you have a gentle gel or like an oil, like jojoba is like the only oil I will really recommend. I am so not a cleansing bomb person. Please just stop spending money on cleansing bombs. What do you what are you saying that you should use the jojoba oil for? Like to break down the oils and the dirt on the skin and the SPF from the day that you from the day. And I like to use it because it's actually an ester, it's not an oil, and so it emulsifies as it warms in your hand. So I like to warm up like a quarter size amount, massage it all around my face, and then take a warm washcloth and just kind of press it onto the skin and gently wipe it away, and you'll notice that you're not greasy after it because it's not an oil, and it actually does break down that oil and dirt from the day and will help it to come off your skin very well to prep for your cleanser.

SPEAKER_01

Like, likes like. So if you have you're wearing your SBF, you have your makeup on during the day at nighttime, an oil is needed or an ester is needed to take off what was on the skin and for the night. Essential. And you know what? Gabby actually shocked me when we first met. She was telling about jojoba. She was like, I think the one from Trader Joe's is just fine.

SPEAKER_00

Amazing. Like, what? I don't even sell cleansing oils because I think it's a waste of money. Like, there's a great one. You want it 100% organic, nothing in it but jojoba, go for it. Anytime you get into those cleansing balms and all these things, they leave residue on the face. Every single one I've tried, I've hated. I don't think it's necessary to spend money like that. And also, you just don't know what you might not do well with on your skin. And so why risk it? Johoba's not going to do anything like that. It's very acne safe. And everyone I've recommended it to loves it and is so happy about it.

SPEAKER_01

So now we have the cleansing oil.

SPEAKER_00

And then I would go in with a gentle gel non-foaming, typically or a little foaming is fine, but you don't want something super foamy. Yeah. Because you don't want to strip off your natural oils. You're just trying to cleanse off everything else. And then I like to go in with an acid cleanse. Some clients I have on enzyme cleansers if acid is like too much for them or they don't enjoy a dry cleanse. But I like an acid because I like my final cleanse to be a treatment cleanse and to be pH balancing and kind of prep my skin for product application, even if it's just a moisturizer, it just helps everything to work better that you apply after.

SPEAKER_01

So I first cleanse the johoba oil and then I don't do the third cleanse. I would either just do the acid cleanse, the glycolic cleanser, or like a moisturizing cleanser. Totally fine. Totally fine. But I heard this analogy and I really liked it when it came to like speaking about how you should be washing at nighttime. And so your first wash, the jooba oil, like your cleanser, that is your sweeping, like right. And then you want to get out all the dirt, da-da-da. And then your second cleanse is your mopping. So like when you're doing the floor, you gotta take the dust off. You're not just gonna put that mop on the floor, you gotta take the dust off first. Exactly. And then you clean the floors. I'm stealing that, absolutely. So perfect. That's how we should be thinking about our face. Our face is a floor. It is, it's the one that you show everyone all day long. Seriously. So we talked basics, right? Cleanser, we're washing two times a day. We have different types of cleansers, and then the next one is moisturizer. So I'm a person where I like simple. So when Gabby is like, oh, simple routine, three cleansers, that that tells you the difference between her and I. But I also like to try to keep the same moisturizer morning and night. I'm not subscribing to the whole idea of like a thicker moisturizer at nighttime and a lighter one during the day. I'm not saying that that's not correct. It's just for me, knowing that I will do it, I like simplicity basically.

SPEAKER_00

I completely agree. I think it's best to stick with one. If you really have to or you're looking for more correction at night, then I could see you adding in a heavier cream or something that's a little bit more corrective. But I do agree that sticking with a solid moisturizer that works for your skin morning and night is great.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And I guess like the caveat is, right? It depends on climate and like are have you just done a corrective treatment? Like, are you flaking? Like, are you in Minnesota right now and the heater is running 24-7, you go outside and it's like a I don't even know if I'm saying this correctly, but like a negative 17 wind chill. I don't know how much that means. But you know, like those kind of things, yes, okay, fine, then you need a thicker moisturizer. But if we're in, you know, Southern California and like you know, it's cold at 60 degrees, like that's we're fine. You're fine.

SPEAKER_00

You're fine. And don't give me shit about my triple cleanse because I'm telling you, I do it to simplify a routine, not to make it more convoluted.

SPEAKER_01

I get it, but it was just hilarious when you're like, let's talk about the basics of cleansing. We need three cleansers.

SPEAKER_00

When you have a solid cleansing routine, you can work wonders with just that and a moisturizer and SPF. So, anyways, I do feel that you should stick with one, but it really depends on everyone's skin. Everyone's different, so that's why we sample, we like to have clients try multiple before they buy. I think it's really important to go somewhere that you can try at least the feel. I think it's important to wear it for a day because the way your body chemistry works with the moisturizer by the end of the day is gonna really affect how you enjoy using it. And if you don't enjoy using it, you're not gonna wear it.

SPEAKER_01

Right. And like one of the things we talked about in lies in the episode was that like one of the lies was that acne people don't need um moisturizer.

SPEAKER_00

And they absolutely do. And they absolutely do.

SPEAKER_01

And there's oil-free moisturizers, there's lightweight moisturizers, there's so many. So that is why we say cleanser is important, moisturizer is important, and now the final, the the triplet or the three-peat, right? It's the SPF. SPF.

SPEAKER_00

So essential, and there's so, so, so many at this point. Like Korean and European SPF is even more amazing than our SPFs right now. The FDA is starting to um approve a couple new SPF ingredients finally after a bazillion years. So we're excited for that. I think it's in this next year we're gonna have these new options. I think there's a couple. So that will really advance our options in the US. But if you can get your hands on Korean and European ones and you're really picky about texture, that might be a good idea to go down that route because they have a lot more lightweight, thin formulas that wear well.

SPEAKER_01

It's not what it used to be. I remember I I hated sunscreen. I never wore sunscreen ever. Like that feeling when you put it on your face, and then like if you like scrunched your nose and you felt that like cold. Oh, yeah, people are jaded when it comes to SPF. So I get it. It's it's a completely different game from like 13 years ago, honestly. But let's talk about like with SPF. First of all, I'm gonna go back even a second. Wearing SPF is not gonna cause cancer. Like, there's no cancerous chemicals in your SPF. You not wearing SPF gives you a higher chance of getting cancer than you wearing.

SPEAKER_00

If you're really worried about that, go for a zinc. There's a lot of zinc ones that are great. Um, I just tried a 25% zinc liquidy SPF that did not leave a white cast. I was really impressed because I have a lot of darker skin type clients and I'm very judgmental with the SPF situation. And I was pretty impressed with this. So there's a lot of stuff coming out, and so you can definitely opt for a zinc that's great for it's anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, like it very much helps acne-prone skin, helps to reduce pigmentation and give you other benefits. So super healing. That yeah, it's super healing. I opt for that with all of our clients because we deal with more corrections, so it's just a better route. But of course, I do have chemical options that I love as well. So chemical is always gonna be a little more moisturizing. So if you're really trying to reduce your routine, going for a chemical if you don't want to put a moisturizer on in the morning is a good option. Solid advice. And I know some good ones. So I love that Jan one, honestly. That one's a good one. And I'm I'm a huge fan of the Amarte one. You know, I love that one, and that's a combination. Yeah, it's a chemical and a physical. So you get lots of benefits from that while moisturizing and repairing the skin. So lots of different options. So there's really no excuse to not be wearing SPF. Yes, you should be reapplying it every two hours if you are outside and exposed the sun. Definitely good. Keep in mind. And when it comes to reapplication, there's also a lot of gray food. We've talked about on our vacation episode. Yeah. So whether it's a spray, a powder, a compact, whatever, make sure you have that handy. Yeah. That's all that's all you need.

SPEAKER_01

But like when we're talking about like mineral or chemical or you know, tinted versus non-tinted, so they have come out with studies that show that a tinted SPF actually is more beneficial for people that are melasma or hyperpigmentation prone because it does have a little added layer of uh defense and protection against the UVA UVB rays, which could potentially heat the skin, creating the melasma to flare. So if you are a person that is prone or has melasma or hyperpigmentation that you're trying to deal with, I would opt for a tinted. I definitely have multiple SPFs that I use. I for a while I was just using that skin better one. I love that tinted SPF. But there's times when you're like wearing a white shirt or like you're just going outside to walk the dog, I don't want to be putting a tint on. Like that's it's annoying. Like I just want to look natural. So I love a non-tinted that Jan Moraney antioxidant SPF is my favorite.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I'm elasma prone and acne prone. So I always opt for a tinted just to give that extra protection because I think it's super important for what I'm dealing with. So everyone's different, and whatever works for you is the best option.

SPEAKER_01

But that being said, let's talk about how you are not going to be using a multi-purpose product. So I will never forget one time I went to somebody's house and I looked, I looked in their shower. I'm a little snoop. Um, and it was like a three-in-one shampoo body wash, and they have seven in one now.

SPEAKER_00

I don't even know what seven is. Yeah, I had a male client come in the other day and he's like, I use the seven in one. I'm like, okay, that's that's brush your teeth with it too. Yeah, it's it's got lots of purposes. So I was like, okay, try really hard not to opt for that. I'm not gonna hate on you with the shampoo thing because honestly, I don't use a conditioner really on my hair.

SPEAKER_01

So damn. Okay.

SPEAKER_00

It just it's the actor. I mean, you're right, you're the buildup of all the things. My hair's thin enough.

SPEAKER_01

So But like your moisturizer should not have an SPF in it. That's a nice thing.

SPEAKER_00

Your makeup should not have an SPF in it. That's I mean, it can as a bonus, but I always tell my clients to think of your SPF as like your protective layer sealing in your product so they're more effective and also protecting you from the exterior, whether it's makeup you're putting on or just oxidative stress that's landing on your skin all day. It's like a shield. So think of it that way.

SPEAKER_01

I saw an Instagram that was actually quite amazing. Uh, that showed I think it's easier when you see like the visual visualizing it so that way it was like really helpful because I'm I'm a visual person, like I'm a visual learner. And so seeing how much you actually need if you are using a makeup SPF, you need about a full tablespoon of that put into a tablespoon, and then they put that on their face. It's so much in order to get full coverage, as if you were just to use your own layer of SPF moisturizer and then SPF. So if you are going to do a combo, which we say don't do it, you need three times the amount, four times the amount than you think you actually do.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So that's how we feel about a basic routine.

SPEAKER_01

So we love convenience, but let's just not let's try not to couple things. But yeah, so Gabby and I were talking, and I sometimes I I I surprise, we surprise ourselves. We're just so funny. Uh we were like, let's just talk about like the different types of skin thusiasts, right? Like there's there's we have like the three, okay? So we have the the one who barely washes at night, right? We all know that person. Oh yeah. And then someone who wants all of it. And then I mean all of it. They want all the steps in that series. Where's that PDRN serum? And looking at the ends of the 2000s, seven matrices, want some pads, all the things. And then there's the one that wants it all but doesn't want to do it all. And we all know that person. I think we all commiserate with that person. I think we all have that moment.

SPEAKER_00

I think we all I think we are all three. I think sometimes, right? Absolutely. I will say that. I can't the other day I washed my face and put moisturizer and SPF on. So I'm definitely that person. And then the other day I did two masks and a pad and uh the toner and all the things. So and then where I'm like, oh, I really want to take care of my face, I'm like, but I just want to go to sleep. So I think we definitely highlight all of those in our life every day. Yeah. So we understand and we commiserate and we generally support no judgment.

SPEAKER_01

No, but like if you want correction and you're trying to like do something for your skin, then the basic core three are not going to do anything for you. They're gonna help protect your skin and they're gonna help maintain, but they're not gonna be corrective. We're not gonna see any visual changes from just using the basic three.

SPEAKER_00

And like we said, we don't like multi-use items. So everything you're gonna use is going to be directed towards a specific concern. So this is where you're gonna add on those core three and really focus on what you're trying to improve. And I always say start with one and see the improvement from that and then go from there.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, like for me, I guess I have different toners. So I guess like you're a cleanser person. I'm a I have like an acid toner, and then I have a hydrating toner. Okay. So there's times where I'm like, you know, and then sometimes I use both. Let's see me. I know I all have our fork. I guess we all have our thing. You're right. I didn't even realize that. But so for me, like I love a toner in a routine, and toners are sometimes antiquated or considered antiquated now because the purpose of a toner before was to pH balance the skin, to balance the skin's pH.

SPEAKER_00

Because cleansers were so stripping.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. But now a lot of cleansers have already that pH balance technology in it. So a toner is not that's not the job anymore. But for me, I love a toner that I have this lactic one now that I really do love. I'm I notice a difference, honestly, when I've used it.

SPEAKER_00

Toners really amplify your routine. So they're kind of to accelerate or like accentuate the routine that you're gonna put on. Right.

SPEAKER_01

It's that it's that essence. It it breathing is the essence. SK2, whatever they name that so right. So right.

SPEAKER_00

Honestly, they killed it with that. But so I love a toner. I'm a booster person. I like to boost my products. So and I do that with adding certain specific ingredients to boost my moisturizer or to kind of amplify. I like dropping things out. She's a dropper. I am, I am, and so I'm a sprayer. Yeah, I think we all do it in our own way. Yeah. Um, but I like to have very specific ingredients that are solo that I can add to boost that don't have a lot of additives to them. Same.

SPEAKER_01

Like, and we've talked about this, you know, the importance of a vitamin C or an antioxidant serum in your routine. It's essential, in my opinion. So we talked, yes, there's the three, the cleanser, the the moisturizer, and the SPF. But then the next step, if you're going to like, I want to help repair, I want to help heal, that's the antioxidant serum. That's to me like the next non-negotiable that you should be having into your routine. And it should be morning and night. Absolutely. But the point is that but I don't like a moisturizer to have all the antioxidants in it. I don't think that's enough. I think you need to layer that on your skin first, and then you apply the moisturizer.

SPEAKER_00

I'm completely with you with that. I think that you should always be adding that antioxidant in if you want to support collagen remodeling, support collagen synthesis, and like make sure that your skin is able to repair itself properly and suppress like the breakdown of things and the malfunction of the cells, basically. And so I think that's really important. And then that's when we go into more corrective. So that's a little different. So that's like supportive, and then you can go into corrective. You cannot just jump into corrective, in my opinion, with skipping that step because you're not going to get the amplified correction if you're not supporting with antioxidants. Absolutely. And and again, morning and night, because you need to protect and then to repair. Absolutely. I think people really misinterpret that. I see so many people not using antioxidants or vitamin C's. And then I also see if they are, it's only during the day where you don't realize that during the day it's it's like your SPF backup, but then at night is when your skin's actually regenerating. So you need that vitamin C or antioxidants poured at night to regenerate properly. Exactly. It's that catalyst.

SPEAKER_01

Um, but so that's why we we see the importance of serums. And there's m so many different serums. Are we talking a bleaching cream? Are we talking an antioxidant serum? Are we talking now like the PDRN and helping with wound healing also? Brightening serums, niacinamide. That's why I hate the ordinary brand that they basically took each individual ingredient and put it in its own little bottle. And I think that's that's that's not how they're meant to be used. No, no.

SPEAKER_00

These are there, it's just like with supplements, you know, you can't just take a raw supplement mostly because it needs supporting ingredients to make it absorb better or be more active. Right. And so it's the same thing with product ingredients. There's reasons, there's formulation. Like you cannot just have a raw ingredient. It's just like slapping banana peel on your face and expecting it to do something like it's not gonna do it. I've I definitely saw that. You've been sent that to a few times. Yeah, please don't send this to me. So you just can't do that, and that's why formulation really, really matters, and that's where the money goes, and that's why it's important to kind of do your due diligence to pick the right formulas because that matters to make it effective.

SPEAKER_01

So it's like, what are you trying to correct? What are you trying to prevent? And then figuring out which serum is going to be right for you. You know, are you using I love the platelet-derived exosome serum, I love um a peptide serum, and then an antioxidant serum. Those are kind of like my cores for the.

SPEAKER_00

I love to go more into I'm definitely an antioxidant 100% twice a day. But then I'll go into more of an aslaic acid or a glycolic acid and a retinol because I have more correction to be done and maintenance to be had with my acne.

SPEAKER_01

Also retinol. I think I was just thinking in the daytime. But yes, but so then then that's the other thing. Then then you need to add in your retinol. So then okay, we are like, okay, you just do the three products, and then I don't want to be this person that tells you like do a 10 product routine, but it's like at least five or six. It's at least seven.

SPEAKER_00

I've been I've been really reducing routines. I feel like I feel like during the day, I'm really the antioxidant focus, maybe hydrator moisturizer or like a something to or like an aslay is very gentle and healing. I feel like that's very beneficial for repairing. But then at night, that's when I'll go vitamin C retinol moisturizer. Like I try to keep it even more simple at night so that my skin can utilize what it's got going on and it's not too much to overwhelm it.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_00

But that's not including like an eye serum. So don't see that's a problem.

SPEAKER_01

Then we have the eye serum. And then don't she she didn't even talk about her enzyme mask.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god. Well, that that's for post-care, okay? So that is the order of operations I would say for that. I mean, oh idea. I think I think it's very important to know like you start with your core and then you add in an antioxidant always first after cleansing. Yeah, and then from there, if you're gonna do a retinol or acids or or any supportive ingredients, and then you moisturize and hydrate.

SPEAKER_01

I will say though, though, if you are Going to add like an anti-aging serum and I'm putting air quotes over that, so like regenerative booster or whatever. You you do that after you cleanse. And then you're anti-leased in your routine. Yes. So let's just confuse you even more. Sorry guys. But that's the problem is that you know, there used to be this idea that you go thinnest to thickest, and that's how you apply products, but that's not that's not true anymore. They're finding that that's not the way that it should be applied. How it should be applied is what is your main concern? That is the first thing that you should be putting on.

SPEAKER_00

And also, like I said, formulation. Again, if the formula is has a lot of driving agents to deliver them into the skin, then that's a really important factor that that can be going on first and can also support other ingredients being penetrating the skin properly. So that's why I'm gonna say it again. You gotta see a professional sometimes when you really want correction to work right because you're gonna spend a lot of money that and it might not work out the way you're hoping.

SPEAKER_01

Right. Yeah. So and I mean we didn't even talk about acid serums too, because I do like an acid serum. But then there are some retinols that have acids in them. So then that way there's a combination of the city. And then there are diners. Yes.

SPEAKER_00

And there's other things and acid pads, which I have been reducing acid use on a daily basis and having people do pads once a week at night. And so that's been amplifying their routines at night. And so I feel like that's been a great thing to transition into if you want to be more healing and hydrating during the day.

SPEAKER_01

So I feel like everyone wants to declutter, everyone wants to like, you know, strip it down to the basics, and I'm all for that. But I also feel like if you want something done, then you need a little bit more, basically. Like if you're if you're trying to achieve the goals, the results, the correction, the prevention, you're gonna need a little bit more, unfortunately. Um, but I feel like if you just want to be basic and that's okay, totally cleanser, moisturizer, SPF, or just cleanser and SPF in the day, and that's and you're good to go. But if you're, you know, 40 years old and you're starting to feel like you're noticing wrinkles and all the things, you being on a cleanser and moisturizer ain't doing shit. I'm sorry. Like, don't come at me being like, but I just don't want to do anything, but I hate what I'm seeing and I'm noticing signs of aging.

SPEAKER_00

Then you're gonna need to do a little bit more. I'm saying we will do our best to be creative for you and make it as minimal as possible, but you still will need a couple extras. Or I've had a client who she wanted change, but she really didn't want more than three steps, and I had to, I was like, that's fine. Time but then each of your products is about $250 because then we're putting you on an exosome and we're putting you on like the moose or something that has like a lot of stuff, like a lot of regenerative, not a regeneration but a lot of regeneration going on. Yeah. So it might be pricier than a 10-step routine, but you're getting your two, three steps in and you're gonna get change from that. So it just it really depends on I don't know what that is.

SPEAKER_01

I think it's a visual thing because to me, like I feel like having the six, seven steps, like 30 seconds. I can always it's 30 seconds. But I don't what I'm saying is like I don't feel like it's like a two a full minute, two minutes to do my skincare routine.

SPEAKER_00

People also have that's the other problem is people have this old notion of like you have to let it sit. No, I don't know. Every client asks me, like, so how long do I wait between steps? And I was like, no, you don't. I was like, when you have really good formulas, they're meant to just be applied one after another, and they're split they absorb, but they actually penetrate and do something. When you're using products that don't spend as much on formulation, they do instruct you to wait because they need to give the product time to do something. That's why that's why cheeky bastards, yes. And then and then I always like an enzyme mask. I think a gentle enzyme mask is honest. I think it's it like speeds up the healing process while gently buffing off unnecessary dead skin cells to help you feel better.
